Privacy Policy

Last updated [DATE PLACEHOLDER]

This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

[LEGAL REVIEW PLACEHOLDER] This document is a starting template written for a US-based consulting business. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. Before launch, replace the entity name and address placeholders, confirm the jurisdiction, and have counsel review the whole document against your actual data practices and contracts.

01Who we are

This website is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME PLACEHOLDER] ("D3", "we", "us"). Our business address is [BUSINESS ADDRESS PLACEHOLDER]. You can reach us at hello@d3growth.com with any question about this policy.

02Information you give us

The qualification form on the strategy call page collects information you submit voluntarily. We ask for it because we use it to evaluate whether an engagement is a fit before scheduling a call.

  • Name and work email address
  • Agency name and website
  • Annual revenue range and number of employees
  • Primary ICP, average client retainer, and current client count
  • Current source of new business and current SDR status
  • Your stated sales bottleneck, growth goal, and calendar availability
  • Anything else you choose to write in the optional notes field

03Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server request data, including IP address, browser type, and requested pages. We use the IP address to apply a rate limit on form submissions, which prevents automated abuse.

If an analytics tool is enabled on this site, it is disclosed here and configured to avoid collecting information that identifies you personally. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this website.

04How we use your information

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission without telling you.

  • To evaluate your application against our published fit criteria
  • To contact you about your application and to schedule a call
  • To prepare for that call so it is useful rather than introductory
  • To respond to questions you send us directly
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

05Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to run this website and our business. Each one receives only what it needs to perform its function. Depending on configuration these may include a hosting provider, an email provider, a scheduling tool, and a customer relationship management system.

[VENDOR LIST PLACEHOLDER] List the specific processors in use before launch, including hosting, email, scheduling, CRM, and any analytics provider. Each should have a data processing agreement in place.

We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

06Client engagement data

During an engagement we handle prospect data assembled for the client, along with the client's own CRM and sales records. That information belongs to the client. We process it under the terms of the engagement agreement, use it only to perform the services, and return or delete it on request at the end of the engagement, subject to any retention obligation.

Prospect data we assemble is compiled from sources that make information publicly available or that license it for business use. Individuals identified in that data may contact us at the address above to request removal from lists we control.

07How long we keep it

Application submissions are retained while we evaluate them and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can recognize you if you apply again. Records connected to a signed engagement are retained for the period required by our contractual, tax, and accounting obligations.

[RETENTION PERIOD PLACEHOLDER] State a specific retention period once your CRM and record-keeping practices are settled.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Send any of those requests to the email address at the top of this policy and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

[JURISDICTION PLACEHOLDER] Confirm which privacy regimes apply to your business, for example state privacy laws in the United States or the GDPR if you market to individuals in the EU or UK, and expand this section to match.

09Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information in our control, including limiting access to people who need it and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children

This website is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be noted on this page.

12Contact
