Advise · Revenue Advisory
Senior revenue judgment, for a team that already exists.
You have people in the seats. What you need is someone who has built the system before to pressure-test the plan, read the funnel honestly, and tell you which decision matters this quarter.
When this is the right fit
The constraint is judgment, not capacity
Companies with people in the seats who need someone who has built the system before to pressure-test the plan.
Advisory is the lightest engagement D3 offers and the wrong one if nobody has time to execute. If the functions exist but the decisions keep getting made twice, or the forecast keeps missing in the same direction, that is a judgment problem and this is the right shape.
If the honest answer is that a function has no owner at all, the Revenue Team is the better engagement, and we will say so rather than sell you advice you cannot action.

Custom engagement
The cadence
What the rhythm looks like
Advisory fails when it becomes a standing call with no artifact. Every touchpoint below produces something written.
Onboarding
A structured read of the revenue system as it exists: funnel data, CRM reality, team structure, comp plans, and the plan the year is actually being run against.
Monthly
Working sessions on the decisions in front of you: pricing, territory, hiring sequence, where pipeline is short and what is causing it.
Quarterly
A written revenue review: funnel conversion against plan, capacity against target, forecast with stated assumptions, and the next quarter's priorities.
As needed
Executive advisory between sessions. Board-deck pressure-testing, comp-plan design, a bad quarter that needs a diagnosis rather than a pep talk.
What advisory does not include
Execution. Advisory does not build your CRM, run your campaigns, coach your reps weekly, or hold the seat. If the plan requires those, they come through Revenue Infrastructure or the Revenue Team, scoped separately. No guarantee attaches to advisory work.
Want a second read on your revenue plan?
The strategy call is the smallest version of this engagement. Bring the plan and the funnel numbers, and you will get a direct read on both.
