Build · Revenue Infrastructure

We build the system. Your team runs it.

For companies with capable people and nothing underneath them. The CRM cannot answer basic questions, the playbook lives in one person's head, and every report starts an argument. We design and install the layer that fixes that, then hand it over.

When this is the right fit

You have the people. You do not have the system.

Companies with capable people and no infrastructure underneath them. You keep the operating role; we build what you operate.

This is a defined project with an end date, not a retainer that renews forever. The deliverable is a working system plus the documentation and training to operate it without us.

What gets built

  • CRM architecture
  • Revenue dashboards
  • Playbooks
  • Automation
  • Data systems
  • Sales processes
  • Customer success processes
  • Account management systems
  • Hiring frameworks

Scoped by system

The build

Four phases, then we leave

Infrastructure projects fail at handover, not at build. The last phase is the one that decides whether the system is still running six months later.

  1. 01

    Audit

What exists, what is broken, and what is merely undocumented. CRM structure, stage definitions, routing, reporting, and the processes people actually follow versus the ones written down.

  2. 02

    Design

The target system on paper before anything is configured: data model, stages with entry and exit criteria, routing rules, dashboards, and the playbooks each function will run.

  3. 03

    Build

Configuration inside the tools you already own. CRM rebuilt, automation set, dashboards live, playbooks written, hiring frameworks documented.

  4. 04

    Handover

Training your team on the system they now own, with documentation that survives the person who attended the session. The point is that we leave and it keeps working.

Built inside the tools you own

We work in your CRM rather than migrating you onto ours, and everything we configure stays in your name. If a tool genuinely cannot support what the plan needs, we will say so and give you options rather than forcing a migration you did not ask for. If you would rather we keep operating the system after it is built, that is the Revenue Team.

Bring your current CRM and the questions it cannot answer. The call will tell you whether this is a configuration problem, a process problem, or a data problem.
