Revenue strategy call

Build my revenue engine.

A working session, not a pitch. Bring your revenue target, your team structure, and whatever funnel data you trust. You will leave with your revenue system mapped and a direct read on which function to fix first, including when the answer is that you do not need us.

What the call covers

  1. 01

    Your revenue system, mapped

Seven stages from market to expansion. We mark each one owned and working, owned and struggling, or unowned. Most calls find at least two in the third column.

  2. 02

    The actual constraint

Most companies arrive certain it is lead volume. Sometimes it is. Often it is qualification producing meetings that never had a chance, or a retention leak cancelling out new business.

  3. 03

    The arithmetic

Your target against your ACV, conversion rates, and capacity. What the number actually requires per stage, and whether the current team can produce it.

  4. 04

    What we would do

Advise, build, or operate, and on which functions. Including the ones you should hire for rather than rent from us.

  5. 05

    Whether it fits

A direct answer. If your offer, stage, or team structure says no, we say no on the call rather than sending a proposal.

Before you apply

The engagement assumes a proven offer and someone on your side able to work what the system produces. If either is missing, the honest move is to wait. Not sure which engagement fits? Say so in the form. That is what the call is for.

Qualification

Tell us about your revenue org

Every field here shows up on the call. Answering carefully is what makes the first thirty minutes useful instead of introductory.

About you

Company domain, not a personal inbox.

yourcompany.com is fine.

For example: logistics software, or med spa marketing.

What you need
Which functions do you want help with?

Be specific. This is where the call starts.

We review applications against the fit criteria before responding. You will get a straight answer either way.

Your information is used to evaluate fit and to contact you about this application. It is not sold or shared for advertising. See the privacy policy for detail.

Fit criteria

Both lists exist so you can disqualify us early

Who it is for

The engagement works when the offer already closes and the constraint is coverage: which accounts get worked, and how much of the market ever hears from you.

  • Founder-led B2B service companies building a real revenue organization
  • Specialized agencies with a defined vertical and a proven offer
  • An offer that already closes when it reaches the right buyer
  • Deal sizes that justify a dedicated revenue function
  • Revenue responsibilities currently split across founders, reps, and ops
  • Willingness to let outcome data change how the system targets and sells

Who it is not for

We turn down companies in these categories. Taking the engagement anyway wastes your money and our time.

  • Companies still searching for product-market fit
  • Buyers shopping for guaranteed revenue rather than a working system
  • Businesses selling to consumers rather than companies
  • Teams with nobody available to work replies or run sales calls
  • Buyers who want a contact list and nothing around it
  • Teams unwilling to share conversion and retention data

One guarantee, narrowly scoped

The meeting guarantee applies to the Pipeline Engine only. No other engagement promises an outcome, and revenue is never guaranteed.

No hard sell on the call

If an engagement is wrong for your company, we say so and tell you what we would do in your position instead.

A written answer either way

Applications outside the fit criteria get a direct reply explaining why, rather than a scheduling loop.
